1:00am: Go to sleep.
5:30am: Wake-up.
5:31am: Drink caffine.
6:00am: Shower and pack.
6:30am: Drive to Josh’s in Sandy.
7:20am: Leave for Moab.
7:21am: Drink caffine.
11:30am: Arrive in Moab.
12:00pm: Get map of region from bike shop.
1:00pm: Start Slickrock trail.
1:15pm: Slickrock practice loop.
1:45pm: Slickrock main trail.
4:45pm: Finish Slickrock trail.
5:30pm: Get dinner at weird Moab Mexican place.
6:30pm: Arrive at Arches National Park and take a ton of pictures.
8:00pm: Leave Arches National Park for Salt Lake City (Josh for Pennsylvania).
8:01pm: Drink caffine.
11:15pm: Arrive back at Sage Point Dorms, Salt Lake City.
12:00am: Witness first hand my own body shutting down.
